Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
• 1 Maraschino Cherry

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the amaretto, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker two-thirds full of ice cubes
• Shake well
• Strain into a chilled sour glass
• Garnish with the cherry, and serve
