Ingredients for a Anniversary Punch

• Champagne
• Red Wine
• White Wine
• Lime Juice
• Lime
• Strawberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Fifths Champagne
• 2 Fifths Red Wine
• 2 Fifths White Wine
• 2 oz Lime Juice
• 3 tsp Grated Lime Peel
• 1 Qt Frozen Strawberries

Blending Instructions:

• A tasty punch! Put the frozen strawberries, lime peel and lime juice into a pan and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes
• Pour the result over a block of ice in a punch bowl
• Chill the wine and champagne, and add before serving
• Makes approximately 40 servings
