Ingredients for a Aperitivo

• Gin
• White Sambuca
• Orange Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/4 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz White Sambuca
• 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Pour gin, sambuca and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve
