Ingredients for a Bailey's Banana Vanilla Thrilla

• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Coconut Milk
• Banana
• Coconuts
• Food Coloring
• Ice Cubes
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 7 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk
• 1 Banana
• 1 Pinch Shredded Coconuts
• 2 Drops Yellow Food Coloring
• 6 Ice Cubes
• 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• 2 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Add all liquids in blender with banana and ice cream; blending until smooth
• Add ice and sugar, and pulse until a smoothie consistency is reached
• Garnish with coconut
• Makes 2-3 500ml servings
• For a fancier garnish, use the head of a tropical flower
