Ingredients for a Bourbon Flip

  • Bourbon
  • Egg
  • Sugar
  • Light Cream
  • Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 1/2 oz Light Cream
  • 1/8 tsp Grated Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

  • In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream
  • Shake well
  • Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg
