Ingredients for a Boina Roja

• White Rum
• White Rum
• Powdered Sugar
• Grenadine Syrup
• Limes

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/4 oz Extra Aged White Rum
• 3/4 oz White Rum
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 2 - 3 Dashes Grenadine Syrup
• Juice of 1/2 Limes

Blending Instructions:

• Pour rums, sugar and grenadine over crushed ice in a small highball glass, and stir well
• Add lime juice, garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry, and serve
