Ingredients for a Bourbon Toddy

• Bourbon Whiskey
• Water
• Bitters
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 oz Water
• 1/8 oz Bitters
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Soak one teaspoon or a cube of sugar with bitters in the bottom of a highball glass
• Add a few ice cubes, and pour in the whiskey and water
• Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve
