Ingredients for a Brandy Eggnog

  • Brandy
  • Tawny Port
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Egg
  • Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Tawny Port
  • 3 1/2 oz Milk
  • 3/4 oz Cream
  • 1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker
  • Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve
