Ingredients for a Broadway Martini

• Gin
• White Creme De Menthe

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin and white creme de menthe into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a mint sprig, and serve
