Ingredients for a Brute

• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Dark Creme De Cacao
• Vanilla Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 3 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass
• Garnish with a cherry and serve with straws
