Ingredients for a Burn's Night Special

• Sweet Vermouth
• Scotch Whisky
• Benedictine Herbal Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Scotch Whisky
• 2 tsp Benedictine Herbal Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour vermouth, whisky and benedictine into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
