Ingredients for a Bourbon Cobbler #2

• Sugar
• Club Soda
• Bourbon
• Pineapple
• Strawberries
• Lime

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 2 oz Bourbon
• Pineapple Wedge
• Strawberries
• Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

• In a large wine glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda
• Almost will the glass with crushed ice
• Add the bourbon
• Garnish with starwberry, lime and pineapple wedges
