Ingredients for a Charles's Caribbean

• Dark Rum
• White Rum
• Coconut Cream
• Cream
• Maracuja Juice
• Orange Juice
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz White Rum
• 3/4 oz Coconut Cream
• 3/4 oz Cream
• 1 1/2 oz Maracuja Juice
• 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
• 2 - 3 Dashes Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a collins glass over ice
• Garnish with pineapple chunks and a stemmed cherry, and serve
