Ingredients for a Choco Banana Smash

• Irish Cream
• Vanilla Extract
• Light Cream
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Banana
• Whipped Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/4 oz Irish Cream
• 1/4 oz Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 oz Light Cream
• 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/2 Banana
• 1/2 oz Whipped Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry
• Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve
