Ingredients for a Chocolate Flip

  • Brandy
  • Sloe Gin
  • Cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Sugar
  • Egg

Quantities for one drink:

  • 3/4 oz Brandy
  • 3/4 oz Sloe Gin
  • 2 tsp Cream
  • 1 Dash Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Strain into a sour glass and garnish with nutmeg on top
