Ingredients for a Chocolate XS

  • Dark Rum
  • Dark Creme De Cacao
  • Bailey's® Irish Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Milk
  • Cocoa
  • Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
  • 3/4 oz Chocolate Syrup
  • 3 oz Milk
  • 1/3 tsp Sieved Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Whipped Cream

Blending Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients (except cream) briefly with a tablespoon of crushed ice
  • Float the cream on top and serve with straws
