Ingredients for a Confidence Builder

  • Vodka
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Juice
  • Sprite® Soda

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Sprite® Soda

Blending Instructions:

  • Mix vodka, dry, and sweet vermouth in a cocktail shaker, then shake with ice cubes thoroughly
  • Add a shot of orange juice to a whisky glass and fill halfway with lime soda
  • Pour the martini-like mix into the glass, including some ice, then stir the drink
  • Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, or other citrus fruit

Confidence builder was invented by Kerry Jones for a man who asked for a drink to boost his confidence at a club on night. It seemed to pick up as a popular drink as time went on.
