Ingredients for a Cream Sherry Flip- Cream Sherry
- Egg
- Superfine Sugar
- Light Cream
- Nutmeg
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 1/2 oz Cream Sherry
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Light Cream
- 1 tsp Grated Nutmeg
Blending Instructions:
- Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
- Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve
