Ingredients for a Creme de Cafe

• Coffee Brandy
• Rum
• Anisette
• Light Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Coffee Brandy
• 1/2 oz Rum
• 1/2 oz Anisette
• 1 oz Light Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve
