Ingredients for a Czar

• Vodka
• Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
• Sparkling White Wine
• Orange Bitters
• Lime Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
• 3 oz Sparkling White Wine
• 1 Orange Bitters
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Shake ingredients (except wine) in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a wine glass, and top with the sparkling white wine
