Ingredients for a Eagle Cocktail- Gin
- Creme De Violette
- Lemon Juice
- Sugar
- Egg
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Creme de Violette
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg White
Blending Instructions:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a wine glass, and serve
