Ingredients for a Ed-Mans Blues

• Spiced Rum
• Club Soda
• Coffee
• Lemon Juice
• Milk
• Cinnamon
• Honey

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Spiced Rum
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 3 oz Coffee
• 2 Dashes Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Milk
• 2 Dashes Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Honey

Blending Instructions:

• Blend and shake all ingredients except soda water and cinnamon
• Pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes
• Add soda water and top off with 2 dashes of cinnamon
• Stir and lose your blues
