Ingredients for a Farthingale

• Sweet Vermouth
• Dry Vermouth
• Gin
• Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Gin
• 1 Dash Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, gin and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve
