Ingredients for a Gables Collins

• Vodka
• Creme De Noyaux
• Lemon Juice
• Pineapple Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Creme de Noyaux
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Pineapple Juice
• Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Fill with Club Soda and garnish with a slice of lemon and a pineapple chunk
