Ingredients for a Harry's Cocktail

• Mint
• Sweet Vermouth
• Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• Gin

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 Fresh Mint Sprigs
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 Dashes Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• 2 oz Gin

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle two mint sprigs with vermouth and absinthe in a mixing glass
• Add gin, shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a stuffed olive and remaining mint sprig, and serve
