Ingredients for a Heather Blush

• Scotch Whisky
• Strawberry Liqueur
• Sparkling White Wine

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 3 oz Chilled Sparkling White Wine

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Scotch whisky and strawberry liqueur into a champagne flute
• Top with sparkling wine or champagne
• Garnish with a strawberry, and serve
