Ingredients for a Highland Cooler- Scotch Whisky
- Angostura® Bitters
- Lemon Juice
- Powdered Sugar
- Ginger Ale
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 oz Scotch Whisky
- 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the Scotch whisky, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Fill with ginger ale, and serve
