Ingredients for a Hilgert Cocktail- Dry Vermouth
- Gin
- Maraschino Liqueur
- Grapefruit Juice
- Bitters
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 1/2 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 tsp Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Dash Bitters
Blending Instructions:
- Pour vermouth, gin, maraschino, grapefruit juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
