Ingredients for a Hoot Mon Cocktail- Scotch Whisky
- Sweet Vermouth
- Benedictine Herbal Liqueur
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Benedictine Herbal Liqueur
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the Scotch whisky, vermouth and benedictine into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve
