Ingredients for a Horse's Neck with a Twist

• Scotch Whisky
• Lemon
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1 Lemon
• 6 oz Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Make a spiral of the whole lemon's peel
• Place in a collins glass with one end hanging over the rim
• Add ice cubes
• Add Scotch whisky, and top with ginger ale
• Stir well, and serve
