Ingredients for a Hot African Punch- Jamaican Dark Rum
- Brandy
- Coffee
- Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 Bottles Jamaican Dark Rum
- 4 Bottles Brandy
- 1 Gallon Coffee
- 4 Lb Sugar
Blending Instructions:
- Place 4 lbs of sugar in a large pan
- Pour 4 bottles of brandy and
2 bottles of Jamaican rum over sugar, stir until sugar dissolves
- Set the liquid on fire, (may be difficult to light), and stir with a long metal spoon
- Add 1 gallon of coffee
