Ingredients for a Hot Penny Rum

  • Anejo Rum
  • Bourbon Whiskey
  • Dark Creme De Cacao
  • Coffee
  • Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Anejo Rum
  • 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 tsp Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 4 oz Hot Coffee
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the rum, bourbon whiskey, creme de cacao and coffe into an Irish coffee cup or glass
  • Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon, and serve
