Ingredients for a Jack Honey Slushee- Lime Juice
- Passion-fruit Juice
- Jack Iron® Strong Caribbean Rum
- Water
- Bitters
- Nutmeg
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Passion-fruit Juice Concentrate
- 6 oz Jack Iron® Strong Caribbean Rum
- 8 oz Water
- 1 Dash Bitters
- 1 Pinch Fresh
- Grated Nutmeg
Blending Instructions:
- Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container
- Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency
- Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid
- Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass
- Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg
