Ingredients for a Jamaica Fever

  • Brandy
  • Dark Rum
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Mango Syrup
  • Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

  • 3/4 oz Brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Mango Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and pour into a large highball glass over crushed ice
  • Add a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve
