Ingredients for a Jamaican Fizz- Dark Rum
- Pineapple Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Club Soda
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 4 oz Club Soda
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Add club soda, stir, and serve
