Ingredients for a Knickerbocker Special

• White Rum
• Triple Sec
• Orange Juice
• Raspberry Syrup
• Lime Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz White Rum
• 1/2 tsp Triple Sec
• 1 tsp Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
• 1 tsp Lime Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a small slice of pineapple, and serve
